- 1 pack (130g) Shin Black ramen (use noodles and seasoning packets)
- 1 large egg, broken into a small bowl but not beaten
- ½ tsp (2g) unsalted butter
- 2 slices American cheese
- ¼ tsp (1g) toasted sesame seeds
- ½ scallion, green part only, thinly sliced on the bias
