- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the puff pastry into nine 4x4” (10x10cm) squares and arrange onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and beautifully puffed. Set aside to cool.
- Once cooled, split a baked puff pastry in half and place the bottom half onto a serving plate.
- Spoon 2 generous dollops of whipped cream onto the bottom half.
- Grate a frozen strawberry over the whipped cream.
- Drizzle with sweetened condensed milk.
- Top with the remaining half of puff pastry, another dollop of whipped cream, fresh sliced strawberries, a drizzle of sweetened condensed milk and a final grating of frozen strawberry.
