- Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook your instant ramen to package directions (without the seasoning packet). Drain and set aside.
- In a 12-inch nonstick pan, heat the butter over low heat. Add the garlic and cook until soft, about 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in the crushed red pepper, brown sugar, and soy sauce. Add the drained noodles to the pan and toss to coat.
- Push the noodles to one side and add an egg to the pan. Scramble until just set.
- Place the noodles in a bowl and garnish with sliced scallions and toasted sesame seeds. Serve and enjoy!
