- Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Add the green beans to an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet.
- Drizzle with enough olive oil to fully coat then season with salt and pepper.
- Roast in the oven for 20 minutes until tender.
- Remove from the oven and finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and a sprinkle of flaky salt.
- Set aside to keep warm.
