Gourmet Quesadilla:
- 1/2 lb (227g) ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, fine diced
- 1/2 yellow onion, diced
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup (55g) salsa verde
- 1/4 cup (55g) sour cream
- 1/2 cup (30g) finely chopped cilantro
- Kosher Salt & Pepper to taste
- Cooked tortillas
- 1 cup (60g) finely grated Monterey Jack
- 2 cups (120g) finely grated Cheddar Cheese
