- 1 3 - 4 lb sirloin pork roast
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 poblano pepper finely chopped
- Zest of 1 lemon
- ½ bunch parsley finely chopped
- 2 - 3 green onions, finely chopped
- Kosher salt to taste
- Fresh cracked black pepper
- ¼ cup (60ml) olive oil
Pork Chops:
- 1 - 2 pork chops
- 2 Tbsp oil
- Kosher salt and pepper to taste
- 2 garlic cloves, skin on, lightly crushed
- 2.5 Tbsp unsalted butter
- Aromatics of choice
Country Ribs:
- 1.5 Tbsp gochujang
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp black vinegar
