- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry to even it out and form a rough rectangle. If you want to trim it to square it up a bit more, you can, but it’s not absolutely necessary.
- To a parchment-lined sheet tray, add your sheet of puff pastry. Leaving an inch border around the edges on each side of the rectangle, begin shingling the sliced strawberries in rows to cover the puff pastry. Evenly sprinkle the strawberries with your sugar.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the pastry is golden brown and cooked through. Let cool slightly before slicing to serve. Cut into wedges and enjoy.
