Turnip Cake

Turnip Stir Fry:

- 4 cups (600g) bread flour
- 1/4 cup (56g) granulated sugar

- 1 ½ pounds (680g) boneless pork Boston butt, sliced 1-inch thick

- Splash of toasted sesame oil
- 3/4 cup (177ml) chicken stock
- 1 3/4 tablespoons (21g) all-purpose flour
