Ingredients

Items Used:

  • Large Bowl
  • Parchment Lined Sheet Tray

Meatballs:

  • 1 lb (453g) 70% Lean Ground Beef
  • 2 Tbsp (15g) dry mushroom soup mix
  • 1 slice stale bread, chopped
  • Water, splash

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a large bowl mix together the ground beef, soup mix, stale bread, and a splash of water until fully combined. Divide the mixture into 8 portions and roll into balls. Place on a parchment paper-lined sheet tray. 
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and nicely browned on the outside.
