- In a food processor, or with a handheld mixer, mix until all ingredients are combined.
- Place a sheet of plastic wrap down on a work surface and spread the butter into a seven-inch long strip on the lower third of the plastic wrap. Roll the plastic wrap around the butter into a thick log, fully enclosing it in the plastic wrap, pressing out any air bubbles as you go. Spin and roll up like a sausage, twisting the ends to secure and place in the fridge until solid.
- Once solid, you can cut rounds and place on anything you like such as steak, rice, eggs, or roasted vegetables.
