- Fill a Dutch oven or heavy-bottomed pan halfway with vegetable oil and heat to 350°F (176°C).
- Fry dry ramen noodles in chunks, stirring as they fry up and get golden and crunchy, about 1-2 minutes.
- Season with seasoning packets immediately after frying so the seasoning adheres. Pick and choose your seasoning. I used 1 package each of the red and gold, then let the fried ramen noodle chunks cool completely.
- Combine and toss everything together. Serve and enjoy!
