- 1.5 cups (225g) all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp (9g) baking powder
- 1 Tbsp (14g) granulated sugar
- 2 tsp (5g) kosher salt
- 1.5 cups (323g) whole milk
- 1 large egg, whisked
- 2.5 Tbsp (28g) unsalted butter, melted
- 4-6 Tbsp (14g) unsalted butter, for greasing
Egg:
- 5-7 large eggs (1 per sandwich)
- Kosher salt and pepper, to taste
- Unsalted butter, for greasing
McGriddle Assembly:
- 10-14 griddle cakes (2 per sandwich)
- 5-7 slices pepper jack cheese (1 per sandwich)
- 5-7 slices cheddar cheese (1 per sandwich)
- 15-21 half slices cooked bacon (3 half slices per sandwich)
- 5-7 folded eggs (1 per sandwich)
