Toasted Marshmallow Hot Chocolate Sauce:
- ½ cup (108g) granulated sugar
- ¼ cup (42g) light brown sugar
- ¼ tsp (2g) fine sea salt
- ½ cup (46g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup (118ml) cold water
- 4 marshmallows, toasted
- 2 tsp (9g) vanilla extract
- Vanilla Ice Cream, topping
Assembly:
