First Method:
- Grind 1 ½ cups of coffee beans, leaving it relatively coarse. Add to a ½ gallon container.
- Add 6 cups of water, stir and leave in the fridge for 12-24 hours.
- Remove from the fridge and strainer through a fine mesh strainer covered with cheesecloth. OR Pour through the filter of a pour-over.
Second Method:
- Grind 1 ½ cups of coffee beans, leaving it relatively coarse. Add to a ½ gallon container.
- Add 2 cups of hot water, stir and let it sit for 1 minute. Add remaining 4 cups of cold water.
- Stir, and leave in the fridge for 12-24 hours.
- Remove from the fridge and strainer through a fine mesh strainer covered with cheesecloth. OR Pour through the filter of a pour-over.
