- 1.5 lbs chicken thighs, cut into 1.5” pieces
Dredge:
- 2 cups (295g) all purpose flour
- 2 tsp (7g) kosher salt
- ½ tsp (2g) MSG
- 1 Tbsp (11g) powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp (21g) garlic powder
- 2 tsp (6g) sweet paprika
- ½ cup (10g) dried porcini mushroom powder
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 cup (235 ml) whole milk
Chick Fil A Sauce:
- 5 Tbsp (88g) mayonnaise
- 1 clove fresh grated garlic
- 5 Tbsp (70g) barbecue sauce
- 1 Tbsp (16g) Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp (16g) Yellow mustard
- 2 tsp (8g) shoyu (smoked shoyu)
- Kosher salt to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
